Rules and Regulations
1. Your vehicle(s) is reserved for you and you are free to keep your vehicle(s) until the end of your scheduled time. (For charter service/hourly as directed)
2. Mature Transportation, Inc. cannot guarantee any reservations until the deposit is received.
3. I grant Mature Transportation, Inc. permission to use photos and or videos of me for promotional purposes including, but not limited too, use on social media sites.
4. If a passenger feels ill, request the chauffeur to pull over immediately. All incidents are subject to additional fees.
5. Any damages to the vehicle caused by the passenger(s) will require additional fees.
6. There is zero tolerance for any physical or mental abuse towards the driver.
7. Any vomiting or other bodily fluids inside the vehicle will be a minimum $300 charge.
8. On the spot reservation time extensions are NOT guaranteed. Availability for on the spot extensions is at the discretion of the driver. Any additional charges must be paid immediately for the service to continue.
9. I grant Mature Transportation, Inc. permission to contact me via my email for any future promotion or marketing specials.
10. Mature Transportation, Inc. will never sell your information to a third party.
11. Mature Transportation, Inc. reserves the right to end a trip while in service if a party is believed to be a threat or danger to themselves, outside parties. Mature Transportation has a zero tolerance for any form of violence or abuse.
12. Deadly weapons and banned drugs are strictly prohibited on all vehicles.
13. No underage drinking is allowed.
14. There is no refund on unused time.
15. Tolls, wait time, and parking fees will be added after completion of trip, if any.
No Show:
A no-show fee equal to the trip cost plus 20% gratuity will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location. If you cannot locate your private vehicle, please text (847) 481-6576 or call (800) 743-9814(Toll-free) to avoid a no-show billing.
Payment and Cancellation Policy:
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of invoice.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 72 hours before the date of service.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations/Changes made less than 72 hours before the date of service will forfeit the 50% deposit.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the date of service will be charged the full amount
